Lin Li could then seize the moment, using Su Lan and Qin Lang to take control of the Qin family.

Such was his original plan. It sounded complicated, but in practice, it merely required him to let events unfold as they would.

Inside a stretched executive vehicle, Qin Guosheng glanced coldly at those around him.

“Gentlemen, this time it’s all up to you. Ye Aotian has harmed my son so grievously—if I do not teach him a lesson today, I am unworthy of my name.”

The elderly men seated nearby assumed stern expressions.

“Rest assured, sir. You called for us, and you’ve made the right choice. No matter who Ye Aotian thinks he is, if he dares challenge the Qin family, we’ll make sure he pays the price.”

The others cast Lin Li a glance but said nothing. Still, their eyes betrayed their doubts and a certain disdain. After all, Lin Li did not look much like a formidable figure. Their skepticism was only natural.

Time slipped by, and soon they arrived at a mountain estate.

“This is the place, according to the intelligence reports. Ye Aotian has gathered all his people here. If we strike now, we can finish them in one blow, once and for all.”

Lin Li clenched his fist, a glint of light flickering in his eyes. Years of pent-up frustration would finally be released today, regardless of what awaited Qin Guosheng. The current situation was sure to give him a taste of bitter defeat, though he himself had yet to realize the gravity of what he faced. He still naively believed that with his own resources, he could bring down the Leng family.
