Eileen Rongkun clearly hadn’t expected her niece to come up with such a clever move. She widened her eyes and looked at her niece in surprise.
Spring Yi mischievously stuck out his tongue and made a funny face. "Auntie, you eat this one. My brother and I will share the rest."
He then glanced at his younger brother, waiting for him to bite open the candy.
The siblings clearly weren’t strangers to sharing treats. Seeing their sister give the candy to their aunt, the boy skillfully placed half of the candy in his mouth and bit down hard.
He then wrapped his mouth around it, not letting go, while offering the other half with his hand to his sister. "Sis, you eat this."
“Okay.”
So the three of them shared one piece of candy, each smiling from the bottom of their hearts.
“Oh my, these little darlings make me want to have kids too. This is just so full of love.”
“What kind of auntie-nephew-sibling bond is this? They’ve turned such a tiny candy into a family celebration.”
“I love these little treasures so much. When my kids have something tasty, they want to keep it all to themselves. No one else gets to have a bite.”
“Wow... this must be what they mean by ‘family harmony brings prosperity.’ So true.”
“These little ones really know gratitude. I want to learn from them. It’s so touching.”
The trio sipped on their candy as they continued their studies.
Once the candy was finished, Eileen Rongkun had the niece and nephew do dictation.
After they got everything right, she taught them a few new phonetic sounds.
Spring Yi and Tian Yi studied even more diligently.
Having candy as a reward was the driving force behind their enthusiasm.
While the siblings practiced the new phonetics, Eileen Rongkun prepared to teach them counting, just like her own teacher had done for her.
She started with numbers one to ten, then moved on to addition and subtraction within ten.
Following the system’s reminder, the three studied for forty minutes before taking a break.
During this time, Guo Xiang Liu peeked into the room. Seeing all three children concentrating deeply, she smiled with satisfaction and quietly slipped away.
Shortly after Liu left, the trio stopped studying.
Eileen Rongkun took out two toys from a small backpack and invited the niece and nephew to play.
One was a mechanical frog, another a mechanical toy airplane, and there was also a bamboo dragonfly.
These toys triggered fragmented images in Eileen’s mind, so she instinctively knew how to play with them.
With these fun toys, the usually restless Spring Yi and Tian Yi stayed quietly in the room.
They played enough, then studied, and when tired of studying, played again.
This cycle continued until the call for dinner came from outside, and reluctantly, the trio put down their toys and got up.

“Auntie, when will we continue studying?” Spring Yi grabbed her hand, eyes full of anticipation.
Tian Yi took her other hand. “Auntie, Auntie, Tian Tian likes learning too.”
Eileen Rongkun tilted her head, thinking. “Once you’ve memorized everything we’ve learned today, Auntie will teach you new things.”
“Okay.”
The siblings nodded vigorously, as if afraid she might change her mind.
Seeing her niece and nephew share her love for learning, Eileen Rongkun smiled happily.
“Ding! Congratulations, Host Little Treasure, on completing the task of keeping your niece and nephew deeply interested in learning. Reward: one eye-friendly solar lamp. Please check promptly.”
“Bucket? Where is that lamp?” Eileen Rongkun turned her head, searching for the lamp the system mentioned, secretly communicating with it.
System: “The solar lamp is temporarily stored in the system space. When you need it, just take it out and use it.”
“Bucket, what is a solar lamp?”
System: “It’s a lamp that absorbs sunlight to generate power.”
Eileen Rongkun: “...”
“Little sister, Spring Yi, Tian Yi, come out for lunch. After eating, you can go back and play.”
A voice called from outside, followed by the figure of Rong Qi Yi stepping into the room.
They met right at the doorway.
Rong Qi Yi brushed the children’s hands aside, then scooped up his little sister and whispered in her ear, “Little sister, have you ‘seen’ anything new these past two days?”
Eileen Rongkun: “Yes, Third Brother wants to know?”
Rong Qi Yi nodded. “I do.”
“But Mom and Dad told me not to tell you. What should I do?”
Eileen Rongkun smiled playfully. “Third Brother, you need to study hard. Don’t keep asking me what I ‘see,’ or Little Sister will catch up to you, and that won’t be good.”
“Hmph, I’m already in third grade. Can you still catch me?”
Rong Qi Yi said stubbornly, “When you start first grade next year, I’ll be in fourth. How will you catch me then?”
Eileen Rongkun just smiled without replying.
“Alright, alright. Wen, what are you doing?”
Yi Zhongxiang saw his youngest son holding the little girl, whispering. He feared the boy would ask something he shouldn’t.
He was most worried that the little girl might let her guard down around her third brother and spill everything, so he quickly urged, “Bring Little Sister here to eat. After dinner, hurry off to school.”

Truly, never a moment’s peace.
Seeing his father’s stern gaze, Rong Qi Yi didn’t dare ask more and carried his little sister to the dining table.
After studying with their aunt for half a day, Spring Yi and Tian Yi held a special admiration for her.
Seeing her arrive, the siblings quickly called out, “Auntie, dinner’s ready!”
Mealtime at the Yi household was the most lively and eagerly anticipated moment in the interstellar broadcast.
Many people in the galaxy drank nutrient supplements, but they drank them alongside the natural food delicacies transmitted through the livestream.
It was as if they weren’t drinking supplements at all, but the very foods their ancestors once ate.
After eating, everyone busied themselves with their own tasks.
Until dinner time.
“Ah! What’s this...?”
Rong Qi Yi had been playing outside after school and only came home for dinner. As soon as he entered, the aroma of meat greeted him.
The boy looked at the table excitedly, seeing a large plate of golden, crispy chicken at the center.
His mouth watered involuntarily as he asked happily, “Mom, did you make this chicken? It smells amazing!”
“Your mom doesn’t have that skill,” Guo Xiang Liu shot him a glare, then tapped his hand with her chopsticks as he reached for the chicken. “Put down your bag and go wash your hands.”
Once the whole family sat down, Yi Zhongxiang sternly warned his children, “Don’t ask where this chicken came from. And don’t talk about it outside.”
“You have it to eat, so just eat it. No asking, no thinking, no talking. Understand?”
This chicken had appeared since Little Sister’s nap time yesterday afternoon.
But at that time, Guo Xiang Liu hadn’t fully understood what was inside.
They only saw the vacuum-sealed chicken while tidying up at night, and the couple decided to serve it that evening.
They avoided eating it at noon to prevent anyone outside from smelling it and causing trouble.
After dinner tonight, and after a night’s rest and morning wash-up, the smell would mostly fade.
That’s why they scheduled it for this time.
Eileen Rongying glanced at her parents, then at Little Sister, vaguely guessing what was going on. She pressed her lips together and said nothing, asked nothing.
