Two files appeared on the phone screen. Shen Yanzhi tapped on the first one.

The files had been meticulously organized by Chi Yu just moments ago. The content was concise, clear, and easy to understand, thoughtfully supplemented with diagrams. Shen Yanzhi grasped the information within two minutes. He silently finished the first file, opened the second, and quickly read through that as well.

Lowering his head to look at the smartphone spirit, he asked, "Where did you find this?"

Two years ago, when his position as CEO was still precarious, Shen Yanzhi had attended his fair share of business banquets and social functions, so he was well aware of the moral decay and infidelity common among certain wealthy circles. Shen Yanzhi thought for a moment and quickly realized, "Is this related to the books you’ve been reading lately? Did you learn hacking?"

"Yes, yes!" Chi Yu didn't try to hide it, fueling the fire quite openly. "They’ve been so cruel to you; they don't deserve to be your elders. Don't you want them to sign the contract? This is the perfect leverage to handle them!"

From a young age, Shen Yanzhi had been groomed by Old Master Shen as the heir to the Shen Group. He had learned very early on that he had to fight for what he wanted if he wished to attain it.

Chi Yu: "...???" Big question marks appeared over her tiny head.

I helped you, and in return, you're forcing me to study law?!

In a fit of indignant pique, Chi Yu quickly "consumed" the contents of all three books.

A faint smile suddenly bloomed on Shen Yanzhi’s usually stern face. His handsome brows relaxed, and his expression was as clear and serene as a landscape after the rain—a sight so breathtaking it was startling. He gently tapped the screen, his voice cool yet laced with a hint of indulgence. "Good girl."

That night, Chi Yu was once again taken to bed by Shen Yanzhi. Since they had done it once before, they were familiar with the routine; without needing any guidance from Chi Yu, Shen Yanzhi placed her beside him.

Both had a restful night. To Chi Yu, Shen Yanzhi was like a charging station; by morning, her capacity for maintaining human form had jumped from 22.7 minutes to 34.5 minutes. Shen Yanzhi had saved the two files she provided directly onto his phone.

Shen Hongguo had been forced to suffer a significant loss just yesterday. If pushed too far, he might choose mutual destruction rather than let Shen Yanzhi have his way, so Shen Yanzhi temporarily shifted his focus to Shen Yuanzhong.
